CastQ is a fully integrated manufacturing/quality control software package designed to handle the specific requirements of the Investment Casting industry. CastQ, unlike other software packages, has at its core a Quality Control (QC) module. The QC module manages every aspect of the production process, starting when the customer places the order (Quality Clauses, Contract Review, Quality Holds) all the way through to the shipment of parts (Certificate of Compliance, Barcode Labels, etc).

From Production Managers to Quoting Personnel to Engineers, the dynamic, interactive modules and tools work to promote efficiency, precision and accountability, while maintaining a user-friendly environment. This is achieved through relational fields and tables of information, maintained with the core system database. Through these features, users are able to customize CastQ to suit the individual needs of their business environment.

Accounting Software Integration

 CastQ is designed to integrate seamlessly with the ResQ Enterprise accounting package, providing users with a singular application, for all accounting and manufacturing needs. All information is interchangeably related, allowing users to maintain up-to-date information regarding customers, sales, production, inventory and accounting.
